1. Services

Royal Eastern Taxis provides taxi booking services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Use our services for lawful purposes only.

• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.

3. Booking and Cancellations

3.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through Royal Eastern Taxis are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or SMS once successfully processed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided contact details and trip information are accurate at the time of booking.

3.2 Cancellation Terms

To ensure a fair experience for both customers and drivers, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Full Refund – For cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time.

• 50% Refund – For cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

• No Refund – For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time or in the event of a no-show.

3.3 How to Cancel

Customers can cancel their booking using any of the following methods:

All cancellation requests must include the booking reference number to be processed.

3.4 Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

4. Payment

Payment for services can be made via cash or approved credit/debit cards. All payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Royal Eastern Taxis is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses.

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
